The Navy believes that this naval exercise proved to be an important opportunity to exchange best practices and enhance maritime interoperability between the navies of India and Italy. After the completion of the exercise, the warships of both the countries have moved towards their respective deployment activities. The Navy says that this maritime military exercise clearly reflects the deepening defense cooperation between India and Italy and India’s efforts to strengthen bilateral relations.

It is worth noting that this is the second exercise of the Indian Navy with Italy recently. A few days ago, the Indian Navy’s latest warship INS Tamal reached the Naples port of Italy. This ultramodern Indian warship made in Russia stayed in Italy from 13 to 16 August, where it visited the Naples port. This warship is returning to India after completing its journey to Asian and European countries. The Navy believes that this sea voyage of the Indian warship has given new heights to diplomacy and bilateral relations.
