Saifullah Kasuri, Lashkar-e-Taiba’s deputy chief and alleged Pahalgam attack mastermind, publicly threatened Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Army Chief Asim Munir with elimination if they moved to recognise Israel. Speaking after Eid al-Adha prayers, he declared that any ruler or nation accepting Israel would be “destroyed, devastated, and ruined.” His speech, laced with jihadist rhetoric, aimed to rally opposition to any policy shift and was circulated widely online, drawing scrutiny from regional security analysts.
