The Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Department, Govt of India organized an awareness programme at the Association of Industries (AoI) Bhawan, Gangyal, Jammu to educate existing and new industries’ owners/operators about its various schemes and initiatives.
The programme aimed to promote entrepreneurship, employment and economic growth in the region by informing industries about the benefits and opportunities available under MSME schemes.
Joint Director G.Velladurai, Assistant Director DK Tyagi of MSME Department, highlighted the key features of the schemes.
President of AoI, Gangyal, Virendra Jain thanked the MSME Department for organizing the awareness programme and assured that the Association would cooperate fully in disseminating between the department and the entrepreneurs.
The programme was attended by representatives from various industries who actively participated in the interactive session and clarified their doubts about MSME schemes.
Those who attended the programme included- Sandeep Ohri vice president, Sanjay Langar- general secretary, Ajay Kumar Mahajan- secretary, Jatinder Singh- treasurer and a large number of senior members of the Association.
