In a historic milestone, India and the UK have successfully concluded an ambitious and mutually beneficial Free Trade Agreement, along with a Double Contribution Convention. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today spoke to his UK counterpart Keir Starmer. In a social media post, Mr Modi said, these landmark agreements will further deepen India-UK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and catalyse trade, investment, growth, job creation, and innovation in both the economies. Mr Modi said, he is looking forward to welcoming Mr Starmer to India soon.
